These terms govern your purchase from Sracom Store, operated by SRACOM CONNECT LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Buying a product means you accept them.
What you are buying
A digital product — a file, or a set of files, delivered by email. There is no physical item, no subscription, and no recurring charge. The price shown on the product page is the total price in US dollars; your bank may add its own conversion fee, which we never see and cannot refund.
Each product page describes what the product does. That description is the promise. If the file you receive does not do what the page said, that is a defect and the refund section below applies.
Delivery
After payment clears we email a download link to the address you paid with, normally within a minute. The link works for 30 days and allows up to 25 downloads — a cap against leaked links, not a licence limit. Save the file somewhere you will find it again.
If the email does not arrive, check spam, then email support@sracomconnect.com. Your order is recorded the moment it is paid, so a missing email is a delivery problem we can fix — not a lost purchase.
Refunds
14 days, no questions asked. Email support@sracomconnect.com within 14 days of buying and we refund in full. You do not have to justify it and we will not argue.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and typically take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank. Once refunded, your download link stops working and you must stop using the product.
If you are an EU or UK consumer: you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, which you waive by downloading immediately. Our 14-day policy above is offered regardless, so you are never worse off than the statutory right.
What you may do with the product
You get a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- use the product for yourself or inside your own business;
- modify it and use the modified version the same way;
- keep using it forever, including after the download link expires.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute or give away the files, modified or not;
- publish them anywhere others can download them;
- share your download link — it is tied to your order and is rate-limited.
In short: use it as much as you like, do not become a second shop for it.
Taxes
Prices are shown exclusive of any sales tax or VAT that may apply in your country. Where we are required to charge it, it is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Availability and warranty
Products are provided "as is". We work hard to make them correct and will fix defects we are told about, but we do not warrant that a product is fit for a particular purpose beyond what its page describes, or that the site is uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published when you bought. Material changes move the date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this does not deprive you of the protections of your own country's mandatory consumer law.
