Privacy policy

This site is operated by SRACOM CONNECT LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA ("we", "us"). This page explains exactly what we collect when you buy a digital product, why we hold it, and how to make us delete it.
What we collect
- Your email address. Taken from the payment you make, because it is the address we send your download link to. We cannot deliver the product without it.
- Your order record. Which product, the amount and currency paid, the payment reference, the time, and a random download token. We keep this to deliver your file, honour refunds, and meet accounting obligations.
- How often your download link is used. A counter on your order. It exists to stop a leaked link being used by strangers, not to profile you.
- Your email address, separately, if you subscribe to product announcements. That is optional and unsubscribing removes it.
What we never collect
- Card numbers, CVCs or bank details. Payment happens on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Card data goes from you to Stripe and never passes through, or is stored on, our servers.
- Accounts or passwords. There is nothing to sign into.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We run no ad pixels and no third-party analytics that identify you. Traffic measurement is aggregate and cookieless.
Who else processes it
Only the three services that make a sale work. Each is a processor acting on our instructions:
- Stripe — takes the payment and tells us the sale happened.
- Resend — sends the delivery email.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, the order database and the product files.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Download links expire 30 days after purchase, and the token stops working then. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, after which they are deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, the UK, or a US state with similar law, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@sracomconnect.com and we will answer within 30 days. There is no form and no account to log into.
One honest caveat: deleting your order record also destroys our proof that you bought the product, so we cannot re-send the file afterwards. We will say so before we do it.
Children
These products are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
